Correspondence from the SC&T Region Office

We at the Region  are aware that activities such as those outside of your District and those adventurous activities are taking place without Region being informed, either within the required time schedule (14 days prior to the activity) or in actual fact not being notified at all.

Please ensure that Region is notified of activities, particularly those outside your district and those that are adventurous activities (water, rock, etc).  If unsure then send it anyways, it is only an email.
